GDS’ s main data-processing facility is located at the Laval head-office, Quebec. The facility has multiple workstations equipped with Geosoft and other processing and mapping software. Each workstation is networked to large-capacity storage and large-format color plotters.

As part of on-site quality control, field geophysicists routinely produce maps of survey results on a daily basis. These preliminary maps are available to our clients within 24 hours of data acquisition.
